At Lifestyle Fitness we understand people like different sports and get fit in different ways.  So to supplement the personal training we have
sport specific programmes (Fit For… plans) that can be used alongside your PT plans or independently. We will be continuously updating the range of Fit For... plans so let us know if you need help in a certain sport, emailing with the details.

Alongside fitness and sport, a key part to being healthy is your diet. We have a section dedicated to up to date information and articles on nutrition and healthy eating. 

If you still need a bit of direction try something new instead like a sports camp (see links below) to kick start your motivation then your Pocket PT personal trainer can help you update your goals on your personal homepage, redesign your programme and maintain your training.
